Level Skip: Face directly to the north, then go into the inventory screen. Highlight "Load game" and then hold L + I + F + T. You may have to leave and re-enter the inventory to get this to work
All Weapons: Face directly to the north and enter then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the Large Medipak and then hold C + T + R + L. Leave and re-enter the inventory and you'll have all the weapons
All Items: Face directly to the north and then enter the inventory screen. Highlight the Small Medipak, then hold A + L + T + G + R. Leave and re-enter and the booty will be yours
God Mode: Face north and call up the inventory screen. Highlight the Flares, then hold F + I + R + E

Unlimited Large Medi Packs: Look at your health. If it is 100% full then the code won't work. You will need to lose some health. When your health is half lost then the code is okay to do, except if you have more then 1 Large Medipack it won't work. Go to the inventory and and bring up the Large Medipack. Remember you need only 1 Large Medipack and half life. Press the LOOK button (0) and quickly press the 9 button at the top of your keyboard not the Num Lock. If Lara says no then you have more than one Large Medipack. Now exit the inventory and go back to the inventory. Look at your Large Medipack. If it says Unlimited Large medipack then the code worked. If it does not say that the code never worked
Unlimited Small Medi Packs: Look at your health. If it is 100% full then the code won't work. You will need to lose some health. All Levels: Hold down L1 and UP at the title screen while highlighting new game to get to the second level, L2 and UP to get to the third level and R2 and UP for the fourth level
All Items: Select Inventry, go to the Timex Menu hold together L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Down and then press Triangle. Return to the inventory screen and you will have collected all keys and items
Full Key & Items Lock: During gameplay, select Inventory and highlight the Large Medikit. Press and hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Down. This will give you all the keys and items for the current level (check your inventory). This is a one time use cheat, so you have to keep entering the same code at every new level
Unlimited Ammo & Health: During gameplay, enter the inventory screen and highlight the Small Medikit. Press and hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Up. You will have unlimited ammo and Medikits
View Cutscenes: From the Main Menu, hold R2 and press Select. A menu will appear on your screen allowing different cutscenes to be selected
Special Features: At the Inventory screen, highlight Timex, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Down + Circle and press Triangle. Quit the game and the Special Features will be found on the Main Menu
All Weapons, Ammo, Medi Packs: At the Inventory screen, highlight Timex, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Up and press Triangle
Unlimited Pickups: Select inventory, go to the Timex device. Hold down L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 + Up and press X
Jump To Russian Base: From the Main Menu, highlight the "New Game" option, then hold L1 + Up and press X to start at the Russian Base (Second Story). For the beta version of the game, hold L1 and press X
Jump To Black Isle: From the Main Menu, highlight the "New Game" option, then hold L2 + Up and press X to start at the Black Isle (Third Story). For the beta version of the game, hold L2 and press X
Jump To Tower Block: From the Main Menu, highlight the "New Game" option, then hold R1 + Up and press X to start at the Tower Block (Fourth Story). For the beta version of the game, hold R1 and press X
