Before entering the car at Armory Station, you can buy a suit of invisibility for 100 combat cartridges from the vendor across from Exchange Ammo (Ammo Exchange). Next to him there is a vendor that sells the suit of armor (which reduces the damage)

Both the suit can be worn at a time. A similar suit of armor can also be bought from the supplier near Ammo Exchange in Polis (Polis)

In addition to buying the Sneaking Suit at Armory Station, you can get a pair of night vision goggles on the front line. While you are in control of Artyom, turn around and follow the railroad tracks. Night vision goggles will be in the red box switch guarded by two soldiers
