قومي بترطيب فمك عن طريق شرب كأس من الماء البارد كل ساعة أو ساعة ونصف فإن شرب الماء البارد يجعل الفم مرطب ودائم الحيويه ويمنع تمساك البكتريا على الاسنان وتكسب فمك نفس منعش دائماَ
ثانياً
تناولى علكه محتويه على القرفه لان أحدث البحوث أثبتت أن القرفه تحتوى على مادة تقتل الباكتريا المسببه لتسوس الأسنان وأمراض اللسه وذالك بفضل الزيوت النباتيه التي تحتويها القرفه
ثالثاً
حاولى دائماً سيدتي أن يكون معك مضمضه خاصه بتنظيف الفم بعد تناول الأكل لأن المضمضه لها فائده كبيرو جداً فى تغير رائحة الفم وقتل الباكتريا المسببه للروائح الكريهة

لابد لكي أن تتناولي كوباً من الشاي يومياً أو أكثر لان الشاي يتميز بوجود مادة الفلوريدا التى تقوى الأسنان ويتميز أيضاً الشاى بأنه يمنع إلتصاق البكتريا بسطح الأسنان أو المسببه للتسوس أو أمراض اللثه

تجنبي أكل المأكولات السريعه وإحرصي على أكل المأكولات الصلبه التي تقوم يتنظيف الأسنان عند مضغها أو تناولها من الفم كالكمثري والتفاح والأناناس والجزر والبطاطا وغيرها الكثير وإحرصي أيضاً سيدتي على تناول العلكه بشكل مستمر فهمى تقوى اللسه وتعطى الفم رائحه طيبه وتقتل الكثير من الباكتريا وتحافظ على ترطيب الفم

Either it tells you that you are mobile friendly or you are not mobile friendly. The messages I was able to generate include: Awesome! This page is mobile-friendly. Not mobile-friendly In each output, the yes, you are mobile friendly or no you are not, Google may or may not give more or less advice depending on the site. For example, for this site, we got an “Awesome! This page is mobile-friendly,” but it did add that “this page uses 9 resources which are blocked by robots.txt.
